Breaking Through the Thought Barrier
The goal of Lp Method is that users learn English online and speak correctly without the need to think first. Lp Method is a game in which pupils have the opportunity to practise and improve their English.
They will learn to eliminate their bad habits and to substitute them with the correct form via constant repetition.
They will be required to play again and again until they have consistently achieved the zero-error stage. That is when they have finally “broken through the thought barrier.”
Word combinations Lp Method is designed to train your brain to recognise and then use words that go together naturally in English. Every language is different and makes different word combinations. The Dutch say “in love on somebody”, The French say “in love of somebody”. When people speak and write, they often try to translate directly from their native language. But English is not Spanish, not Dutch, not French. It is English! And the English say “in love with somebody”. Avoid translation errors by using Lp Method! How does LpMethod function? Perhaps you will answer incorrectly by saying married with five times, fifty times or maybe even five-hundred times.
The more times you do the exercise, the more the correct form will replace the incorrect form. You will begin to recognise your mistake more subconsciously and you will say married to more frequently. But maybe sometimes you will say married with again because the influence of your own language is still very strong. However, you will soon begin to say married to almost continually.
A moment will arrive when you have now forgotten your native language completely. We do not know exactly when this moment is, it is not important. What is important is that you have BROKEN THROUGH THE THOUGHT BARRIER.
